About

SNK Software started in 1999 as a software development project.

Brief History

SNK Software was founded in 1999, during the early days of the web, with a focus on building practical tools for professionals. Among its early products were Visual HTML Workshop (an IDE for web development), LightPad text editor, and FTP clients used by webmasters worldwide. These tools were later unified under the Web Studio software suite.

In the 2000s, SNK Software was closely involved in the development and support of a sister company, Lenet Telecom — an internet service provider. This period marked the transition from standalone software to real-world systems, including early web-based CRM platforms, internal intranet tools, and billing systems.

In the early 2010s, the project evolved into a technical platform focused on software engineering, mobile technologies, and hardware analysis. At the same time, development work expanded into backend systems, Linux environments, and performance-oriented applications.

Today, this experience is applied to solving real-world problems — designing stable systems, improving workflows, and diagnosing complex technical issues. This includes both software-level solutions and hands-on work such as computer repair, network setup, and custom PC builds in South Florida.

Now based in Boca Raton — the birthplace of the original IBM PC — this work reflects a natural shift from theory to practical system engineering, with on-site services operating under the Sfixy brand.

Over more than two decades, the focus remained the same: building systems that are reliable, maintainable, and grounded in real-world use.
